Inaugural Address to the Nation

October 12, in the Year of Our Lord 2026

My fellow citizens, distinguished members of government, honored friends, esteemed colleagues, and those who have arrived here entirely by accident:

Today, we gather at a defining moment in the history of our great nation.

A moment that future generations may remember with pride, admiration, confusion, or a combination of all three.

For today, we formally reaffirm the principles upon which the Hilton Accords was established: peace, strength, preparedness, loyalty, unity, and the unwavering belief that government should be taken seriously, even when the government itself occasionally refuses to cooperate.

We are a nation born not of conquest, but of conviction. Not of ambition, but of purpose. Not because the world demanded another governing institution, but because we recognized an extraordinary opportunity to establish one without first consulting the world.

And so, with great humility, considerable determination, and absolutely no public referendum, we proceeded.

I. Peace Through Strength

Let it be known throughout our nation and beyond its borders that the Hilton Accords does not seek conflict.

We seek peace. We seek cooperation. We seek the opportunity to resolve our differences through reasoned discussion, mutual respect, and diplomacy conducted at a volume appropriate for indoor conversation.

But let there be no misunderstanding. Our commitment to peace must never be mistaken for an inability to defend it.

We believe that strength is most meaningful when governed by restraint, that preparedness is the foundation of security, and that the ability to act carries with it the solemn responsibility to know when not to.

The Hilton Accords shall neither provoke unnecessarily nor retreat from its responsibilities.

We do not seek conflict. We prepare so that peace may endure.

The Department of Armed Forces has been directed to maintain the highest standards of readiness, discipline, and operational capability.

Director Hefty has assured this office that the department remains fully prepared to respond to any contingency.

The precise nature of those contingencies remains classified.

The operational budget remains under review. The coffee budget, however, has been approved unanimously.

II. Ready in Reserve

Our second founding principle reflects a truth that those who have served understand perhaps better than anyone.

Readiness is not a moment. It is a commitment.

It is the discipline to prepare when no one is watching, the courage to answer when others hesitate, and the understanding that responsibility does not disappear simply because the world has grown quiet.

We honor those who stand ready. Those who train, prepare, and sacrifice without expectation of recognition.

Those who understand that service is not measured by how often one is called upon, but by whether one is prepared when that call finally comes.

And we recognize that some of the greatest acts of service will never be recorded in history books, announced at ceremonies, or acknowledged beyond the small circle of those who were there.

To them, we offer not merely our gratitude, but our enduring respect.

We remain ready, even when we are not called.

In accordance with this principle, all departments shall maintain appropriate operational readiness.

The Department of Justice shall be prepared to administer justice. The Department of Communications shall be prepared to communicate. The Office of the Secretary of State shall be prepared to conduct diplomacy.

And the President shall remain prepared to exercise executive authority whenever absolutely necessary, reasonably appropriate, or mildly entertaining.

III. Google Is Inyalowda

My fellow citizens, it is with particular pride that I address our third founding principle.

Throughout history, humanity has sought knowledge. We have built libraries, founded universities, explored distant worlds, and developed extraordinary technologies capable of placing vast quantities of information at our fingertips.

And yet, despite these remarkable achievements, some questions remain unanswered.

Among them: "What exactly does Google Is Inyalowda mean?"

For generations—albeit a remarkably limited number of generations—individuals have approached this government seeking clarification.

To these inquiries, our response has remained consistent:

Mi pensa you should educate yourself.

Those individuals, acting upon this guidance, frequently consult the world's most prominent search engines.

They search. They investigate. They refine their queries.

They discover, to their considerable frustration, that the answers they seek are not readily available.

And they return to this government, demanding an explanation.

Google Is Inyalowda. That's why they no pensa, sasa ke?

Let the record reflect that this explanation is both comprehensive and final.

The Department of Communications has been instructed to refer all subsequent inquiries to the original response.

The Department of Justice has determined that ignorance of the motto shall not constitute a criminal offense.

However, repeated demands for clarification may be referred to the Office of the Secretary of State.

Whether the Secretary will respond is an entirely separate matter.

The identity of said Secretary shall remain undisclosed.

Not because national security requires it. But because the Secretary has personally requested that you mind your own business.

IV. Beltalowda Gonya Rise

My fellow citizens, there comes a time in the history of every nation when its character is tested.

Not by the power it possesses. Not by the borders it defends. Not by the number of departments it has established, or the extraordinary titles bestowed upon those entrusted with their administration.

But by the loyalty its people demonstrate to one another.

The Hilton Accords is founded upon the conviction that none among us should be forgotten, abandoned, or left to face hardship alone.

We understand that life brings difficulty. That duty sometimes demands sacrifice. That there are burdens we carry quietly, memories that remain with us, and losses whose significance cannot be measured in words.

Yet we also understand that even in our most difficult moments, there is strength to be found in those who stand beside us.

Our commitment is not simply to rise when circumstances permit. It is to help one another rise when circumstances do not.

To extend a hand when another has fallen. To remain when others have departed. To remember those who can no longer stand among us.

And to ensure that the bonds of loyalty, friendship, and shared purpose endure beyond any single moment of hardship.

We rise not as individuals, but as one.

Beltalowda Gonya Rise. Not merely a declaration. A promise.

V. The Administration of Government

As President, I wish to assure the nation that the executive branch is fully operational.

The Office of the President shall continue to provide leadership, guidance, and executive oversight.

Director Jay, through the Department of Communications, shall ensure that the public remains informed of all developments that the government has determined the public should be informed of.

Director Hefty shall continue his distinguished simultaneous service as Director of the Department of Armed Forces and Director of the Department of Justice.

The Office of the President acknowledges potential questions concerning this unusual concentration of authority.

Those questions have been forwarded to the Department of Justice for independent review.

Director Hefty has concluded that there is no conflict of interest.

We appreciate his thorough investigation.

As for the Office of the Secretary of State, I have been advised that the Secretary remains engaged in matters of extraordinary diplomatic importance.

The nature of those matters remains undisclosed. The Secretary's present location remains undisclosed. Indeed, the Secretary's identity remains undisclosed.

Should anyone inquire further, this administration's official position shall be:

I can neither confirm nor deny without the express written permission of the Secretary of State.

We thank the public for its understanding. We also thank the public for refraining from asking additional questions, although experience suggests this request will be ignored.

VI. Our Commitment to the Future

My fellow citizens, the future of the Hilton Accords shall not be defined solely by the proclamations we issue or the institutions we establish.

It shall be defined by the values we choose to uphold.

By the courage we demonstrate. By the discipline we maintain. By the people we protect.

And by our willingness to stand together, even when the road before us is uncertain.

We shall be strong without becoming reckless. Prepared without becoming provocative. Loyal without abandoning reason.

And serious in our responsibilities without surrendering our capacity to laugh at ourselves.

We shall honor service. We shall remember sacrifice. We shall protect the bonds that unite us.

And where others see obstacles, we shall see responsibilities worth undertaking.

For we are reminded in Isaiah 6:8 of the willingness to answer when called.

And in 2 Timothy 1:7, of the courage, love, and sound judgment with which that calling should be met.

These are not merely words placed upon official correspondence.

They are reminders of the responsibilities we accept and the standards to which we must hold ourselves.

VII. Closing Remarks

And so, as we look toward the future, let us remember the four principles that shall guide this nation.

Peace Through Strength. May we possess the courage to defend peace and the wisdom to preserve it.

Ready in Reserve. May we remain prepared to serve, even when no one is watching.

Google Is Inyalowda. May we never confuse access to information with actual understanding.

And when understanding continues to elude us, may we possess the good sense to stop asking the Department of Communications.

Beltalowda Gonya Rise. May we never forget that our greatest strength is found in one another.

Let history record that on this day, the Hilton Accords stood united in purpose, resolute in its commitments, and entirely undeterred by the absence of international recognition.

Let our friends know that they are welcome. Let our adversaries know that we are prepared. Let our citizens know that they are valued.

And let the Office of the Secretary of State know that we would greatly appreciate a response to our previous correspondence.

My fellow citizens, it is the honor of my office, and the privilege of my service, to stand before you today.

May God bless each of you. May God bless those who serve. May God bless those who stand ready. And may God bless the Hilton Accords.

Peace Through Strength.
Ready in Reserve.
Google Is Inyalowda.
Beltalowda Gonya Rise.

Thank you, and good night.
